We are pleased to announce a new addition to our platform, Prof. Sotirios Bisdas, PhD from the United States of America. Prof. Bisdas focuses on head and neck imaging and neuroradiology. Currently, he works as a neuroradiologist at the National Hospital of Neurology and Neurosurgery in London as well as an honorary senior lecturer at the University College London. He is also a professor of radiology and affiliated research partner at the Department of Neuroradiology at Eberhard Karls University in Germany and holds an MSc. degree in “Advanced Oncology” from the University of Ulm in Germany, where he lectured on neuro-oncology imaging.
He is clinically involved and academically active in MR-PET imaging, in intraoperative MR imaging and ultra-high-field brain MR spectroscopy as well as metabolic MR imaging. He is also a Fellow of the European Society of Head and Neck Radiology (FESHNR) and active in other European radiological and neuroradiological organizations.
