Healthy and balanced diet - try Mediterranean diet (lots of vegetables, fruits and fish)
Enough sleep and rest - Seven to nine hours of uninterrupted sleep each night is recommended
Regular exercise - ideally at least 3 times a week, 45 minutes of intense physical activity
Cold water therapy - best together with any kind of sport
Cut down on smoking - smoking depletes our body of essential vitamins that help in fight against inflammation and toxins
Vaccination - a scientifically proven method for disease prevention
Thorough treatment - stay in bed as long as needed when ill
Avoid stress - stress hormones suppress the effectiveness of our immune system
