Product Specialist

Job description

We are looking for a driven and experienced Product Specialist to help improve and expand our telemedicine, virtual, and digital health products.

Responsibilities

Create tasks and lead projects in line with product strategy and based on input from team members including customer support, key accounts, product team
Ensure smooth flow and timely delivery of projects, creatively solving potential issues and roadblocks
Actively involved in the product building stage – oversee the product development to ensure the marketability of the product
Eventually, act as a product owner leading the entire lifecycle of a product
Conduct market research to gather information about the needs of potential customers and market competition
Recommend new product lines or modifications to existing products to meet customer needs
Participate in the development of product specifications, wireframes creation, design drawings, product development

At least 3-5 years of experience in product/ project management
At least 3-5 years of experience in IT project management
Technical background preferred
Well organized
Project Leadership Skills
Flexible thinking, and problem-solving skills
Communication skills
Active Negotiation Skills and Accountability
The ability to complete vision - Understand IT Architecture and Standards
Cross-Discipline Business Case Writing – creation and shape up of assignments/tasks that can be understood and completed by all contributors – developers, designers, etc.
