Product Specialist

Job description

We are looking for a driven and experienced Product Specialist to help improve and expand our telemedicine, virtual, and digital health products.

Responsibilities

• Create tasks and lead projects in line with product strategy and based on input from team members including customer support, key accounts, product team

• Ensure smooth flow and timely delivery of projects, creatively solving potential issues and roadblocks

• Actively involved in the product building stage – oversee the product development to ensure the marketability of the product

• Eventually, act as a product owner leading the entire lifecycle of a product

• Conduct market research to gather information about the needs of potential customers and market competition

• Recommend new product lines or modifications to existing products to meet customer needs

• Participate in the development of product specifications, wireframes creation, design drawings, product development

Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years of experience in product/ project management

• At least 3-5 years of experience in IT project management

• Technical background preferred

• Well organized

• Project Leadership Skills

• Flexible thinking, and problem-solving skills

• Communication skills

• Active Negotiation Skills and Accountability

• The ability to complete vision - Understand IT Architecture and Standards

• Cross-Discipline Business Case Writing – creation and shape up of assignments/tasks that can be understood and completed by all contributors – developers, designers, etc.
