Launch of Call Center

We are happy to announce a launch of a new service by Diagnose.me, our very own specialized call center. With 10 operators with specialized education and two specialized doctors – an internist and a pediatrician – we will operate 12 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our customers can call us with any non-urgent medical issues and our highly specialized staff will give them instructions how to deal with these issues. This service will help people avoid unnecessary visits at the doctor. Finally, we also offer the possibility to create early appointments with specialists of client’s needs all over Slovakia.
